No more ice cream??!!
I found an MS diet site called Swank designed in the 1950s (before any mitigating meds) with great results. The hard part is you only eat 5-15 grams of saturated fat while eating 50-60 grams of poly and mono-unsaturated fats.
This means NO dairy, only white poultry with all skin and fat trimmed off, no pork, no beef during the first year, absolutely no hydrogenated oil (which I've found is in everything).
